Check-In
Check-in time is 4 p.m. or any time thereafter. Guests are required to present a valid piece of government-issued photo ID that matches their credit card. If your room is ready earlier, you may check in early, or we can hold your luggage for you and notify you as soon as it is ready.
Check-out
Check-out time is 11 a.m. and we can hold your luggage for you. If you require a later check-out, please contact our Front Desk on the morning of your departure, and we will do our best to accommodate. Late check-out may be available but cannot be guaranteed. Charges may apply.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation policy varies by rate booked, please review your confirmation email. Both late cancellations and no-shows will be subject to a fee of one night’s room and taxes, billed to the credit card on file. Prepaid reservations may not be eligible for refunds.
Pet Policy
We accept up to 2 dogs per room, all sizes are welcome! Each four-legged guest will receive creature comforts such as a dog bed, water bowl, and food dish. A cleaning fee of $60 per stay will be added to the bill to ensure the room receives a deep cleaning upon departure. Please note that for hygienic reasons, cats, birds, reptiles, ferrets, etc. are not accepted.
Smoking Policy
We are a 100% non-smoking hotel. Smoking is prohibited at all times. If smoking has taken place in your guest room, a fine of $300 per night will be applied.
Age Restrictions
Guests must be 19 years or older to check in without a parent or legal guardian. A valid government-issued photo ID must be presented at the time of check-in for age verification.
Gathering Policy
In-room parties are prohibited and the hotel reserves the right to refuse any unregistered guests. To ensure the safety, comfort, and enjoyment of all guests staying at The Magnolia Hotel & Spa, this policy is strictly enforced. In the event of a disturbance, one warning will be given to reduce noise. If this warning is not followed, the hotel reserves the right to involve the local police. Furthermore, should it be determined that excessive disturbance or damages have taken place, the hotel reserves the right to apply additional charges to your account, including but not limited to repair costs for furniture, excessive cleaning, hotel common property, or costs for compensating affected guests.
Payment Policy
The Magnolia Hotel & Spa requires a valid credit card to guarantee all reservations. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club and JCB cards. Same-day reservations will be charged one night’s room and taxes at the time of booking. A valid credit card with an accompanying government-issued ID must also be presented upon check-in.
Parking Policy
Valet parking is $35 daily, exclusive of tax. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate over-height parking on-site. Our garage height is 6’6” and all vehicles must have adequate clearance.
Group Reservations
The Magnolia Hotel & Spa reserves the right to charge your credit card a deposit of one night’s room and tax for reservations of 5 or more consecutive nights or 5 or more guest rooms. This security measure is to mitigate fake reservations and spam. Please be advised that if we are unable to process this charge, your reservation will be cancelled. Location
The Magnolia Hotel & Spa is two blocks from the Inner Harbour. There are buildings between the hotel and the Harbour that are visible from our Diamond Harbour Side Rooms.
