Terms & Conditions
A two-night minimum stay is required to receive $50 dining credit and $50 Downtown Victoria Gift Card.
A deposit for the first night’s room and tax will be taken at the time of booking.
Must cancel a minimum seven days prior to arrival for refund.
$50 Downtown Gift Card may be used at over 200 businesses, including Magnolia Hotel & Spa, The Courtney Room or Spa Magnolia. Information on participating businesses will be included with the card.
This package includes a $50 dining credit per night, per room. The following conditions apply to the dining credit:
- $50 dining credit for The Courtney Room must be used during your Locals Know Package stay.
- Dining credits may be used for multiple meals, or combined and used all at once, and may be used for any meal times.
- Please sign your meal(s) to your room and the front desk will apply the dining credit to your bill.
Pricing is based on single or double occupancy, $30 per additional adult (13 and up).
Offers and packages may not be combined with other offers or negotiated rates.
We reserve the right to restrict, update or close offers without notice; terms and conditions will be honoured for reservations made prior to the update.
A valid credit card and matching government issue ID in the name of the guest reservation is required for all stays and must be presented at check-in.

Born from the passion of two local businessmen, Jim Duncan and Tony Young, who loved to explore the world. Their dream of a luxury boutique hotel delivering personalized service while inviting guests to explore the beauty of our region became a reality in October 1998.
The tradition of passionate leadership continues today with second generation local ownership by the Duncan and Young families. Led by President Nicole Roberts, Jim Duncan’s daughter, they too uphold the commitment to exceptional hospitality, locally rooted values, and a vision to continually enhance the guest experience.
