Dallas Waterfront Trail

This oceanfront trail is a local favourite for boat watching, kite surfing or just relaxing by the waves. Spanning 5.9km from Fisherman’s Wharf to Hollywood Crescent, the Dallas Waterfront Trail includes great spots like Spiral Beach, Clover Point and the Ross Bay Seawall. Kids will enjoy looking for marine life in the coastal tide pools during low tide!

Beacon Hill Park

Little ones will love the large playground, peacocks and petting zoo at Beacon Hill Park! Stop by the Beacon Drive In restaurant for their iconic soft serve ice-cream and comfort food like burgers, chicken fingers and poutine.

Royal British Columbia Museum

Learn all about BC’s natural history, take in an IMAX film or enjoy one of the traveling exhibits – kids 3-5 get free museum admission (excludes IMAX).
