The Black Friday Rate must be booked to receive the 30% off Best Flexible Rate and $30 per night for dining in The Courtney Room for dates in 2026 and select dates in December 2025.

Discount will be applied to room rate only.

Minimum night stays may apply to select dates.

This rate is fully prepaid, non-refundable, non-changeable and non-cancellable. This offer may not be combined with any other offers or negotiated rates. The entire stay will be charged to your credit card at the time of booking.

Advance reservations are strongly encouraged for dinner in The Courtney Room.

Dining credit of $30 per night is included in the Black Friday Rate only. The following conditions apply to the credit:

• The $30 per night dining credit, must be used during your stay dates.

• For dining in, or room service from, The Courtney Room restaurant, or minibar purchases.

• Purchases must be signed to your room and the credit will be applied by the Front Desk.

• Credit is not valid for room rate, parking, taxes or gratuity.

The hotel reserves the right to restrict, update or close offers without notice; terms and conditions will be honoured for reservations made prior to the update.

A valid credit card and matching government issued ID in the name of the guest reservation is required for all stays and must be presented at check-in.
